BLD-1056 / 1057 model defoaming agent is an efficient and multifunctional powder defoaming product, using special process aggregation, no moisture, designed for anhydrous powder products. Compared with German MUNZING P803 powder anoaming agent, it has similar anoaming ability and application range.

Product features

Physicochemical indexes

• Appearance: White or light yellow powder solid, similar to P803.
• Active ingredient: about 65%, comparable to P803.
• Vishessity: light, arbitrary flow of powder to ensure good dispersion.
• Appearance density (at 20℃): approximately 340g / L, similar to P803.
• Water solubility: water material, can be dispersed in water to ensure rapid defoaming.
• PH (1% in distilled water): about 7, neutral PH value, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Application area

BLD-1056 / 1057 is suitable for concrete, coating, powder, mortar, wall, concrete and other industries, especially for powder systems requiring rapid defoaming and good mobility.

Usage method

It is recommended to use concrete or other additives, and then add water. The addition of BLD-1056 / 1057 model antifoam agent will significantly reduce the bubbles in the solution, especially in the aqueous slurry or mud block with almost no air.

0.1-1%, adjusted according to the specific application and bubble situation

Packaging and storage:
The products are packaged in 25kg / 50kg / 60kg / 200kg plastic bucket or 1000kg IBC barrels. Please store it in a cool, dry, ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight and high temperature.
