Product features

• XWC-66 is a synthetic oil-type silicone anti-foaming agent, especially for the reference standard, KS-66, which has equally excellent anti-foaming properties.
• The fine powder of silica was added to enhance the defoaming effect.
• The emulsifier-free formulation maintains the pure characteristics of silicone and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
• It is easy to mix with water and all kinds of surfactants, and has the stability of acid, alkali resistance and hard water resistance.
• Showed good dispersion and emulsifying properties.

Usage method

• It can be added directly to the foaming fluid, or using alkanes as diluent, diluted to 5~20 times and added to improve the dispersion of the defoaming agent.
• According to the difference of the type of foaming fluid and the use conditions, the amount of addition is also different. It is suggested to determine the appropriate amount of addition on the basis of sufficient experiments.
